Your digital impressions are then used to custom-create your aligners. When your first set of aligners is ready, you’ll need to start wearing them right away. To achieve optimal results, it’s recommended that you wear your aligners at least 20-22 hours each day.
Every few weeks you’ll receive a new set of aligners. Each new set is slightly different, applying new pressure and maintaining the planned movement of your teeth.
