I’ve been visiting this office for over 16 years and never had bad experiences until recently. I took my 13 year old daughter for a quick braces consultation which was made clear it was for quick braces. When I arrived to the office for consultation I was told they no longer offer quick braces. They just literally removed my braces! They still haven’t updated their website from what I see which is a little confusing and hard to believe they no longer offer quick braces. Dr. Neil and his staff have been providing me with the best services for many years so it was shocking to me the lack of communication.

I have been going to Dr. Shapiro for MANY years now, and plan to stay with them. They are so gentle, and I totally trust them working on me. I know whatever they do is definitely necessary, and have never felt any pain. All the dentists and staff are awesome!

As a person with significant dentist phobia, this practice is the best!! The hygenist and dentist (Oren) are quite mindful of this issue and are very cognizent of it.
Need a break? Just signal. Need a pillow? Ask. Need sunglasses? Say so. They seem to be able to recognize the anxiety, and they address it!!
Going to the dentist isn't easy for a lot of folks. But they really go above and beyond to ensure you are as comfortable as possible in this setting.

Had my second visit today - second cleaning - and I am so grateful for the hygienists here! I had a bad experience at my last dentist and love how comfortable both Amanda and Christine (Christina? Sorry - I'm bad with names!) made me feel at each visit. Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Oren are also both friendly and happy to answer any questions. I'm so glad I picked this dentist to switch to

Truly the best - Dr. Shapiro is beyond wonderful. Cannot recommend Shapiro Family Dentistry enough! We live 3 hours away and won’t consider changing dental practices due to the experience at SFD.

I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted, and I am possibly the most anxious and scared dental patient of all time. The staff was very kind, efficient, and completely professional while helping me through my anxiety and panic. I felt absolutely nothing the entire time, and Dr. Neil was so gentle and comforting despite my tears and worry. He talked me through the entire procedure and I never felt pain or judgment. I will never go elsewhere. Thank you, Dr. Neil, and the whole staff ❤️

Both my husband and I go to Dr Shapiro. I had dental work done this past Friday by Dr Shapiro and his team. I commented after it was like going to the spa. There was no pain, no discomfort and great music . More important after he is done I will have a beautiful teeth. Dr. Shapiro and his team are the best!
